**Why Work Here?**
This is a great opportunity for individuals with minimal experience to kickstart their aviation career. You will gain significant exposure to maintenance tasks and have the chance to work with experienced teams in a dynamic environment.
**Work Environment**
The work involves 10-hour shifts across three time slots: 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am. Most maintenance occurs between 12pm and 4pm, which is why shift overlap is designed for maximum exposure.
