We're looking for a Commercial Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you'll analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications, assess risk, and make informed underwriting decisions that directly impact business success. What You'll Do:
Review and analyze commercial auto applications to determine risk levels.
Make informed underwriting decisions that contribute to business profitability.
Build strong relationships with agents and insured clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
Assess potential loss hazards and structure insurance programs that align with client needs.
Participate in a structured training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in finance, banking, sales, or a related field where you've built long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
