Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events and business functions
Manage vendor communications and event logistics (venue setup, materials, supplies)
Maintain event budgets and track expenses
Prepare event-related materials including schedules, guest lists, and signage
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation
Assist in post-event evaluations and reports
Ensure all events align with company standards and branding
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend events
