Description for Insurance Associate or Manager:

  • Work with clients to assess personal insurance needs and recommend coverage
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
  • Submit accurate policy applications and review endorsements for accuracy
  • Cross-sell additional personal lines insurance products
  • Inputting Application 
  • Managing office tasks 
  • Must be comfortable with emails, word, excel, ect. 

Details for Insurance Associate or Manager:

  • Pay: $36,000 – $52,000 per year (DOE) plus a commission structure 
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Olympia, WA

Requirements for Insurance Associate or Manager:

  • Active Washington State Property & Casualty License or open to getting. Must be eager!
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes nicotine)
  • Ability to commute to Olympia, WA
  • Some background restrictions may apply
