What You Will Be Doing - Develop and lead immersive workshops that teach students practical strategies for authentic social media growth
- Provide personalized coaching on content development, from conceptualization to enhancement with AI tools
- Mentor students in transforming their unique expertise into compelling personal brand narratives
- Cultivate critical thinking skills focused on meaningful engagement metrics beyond surface-level interactions
- Facilitate connections between students and established digital creators in relevant fields

Basic Requirements - Proven track record in social media strategy, content development, and audience cultivation for individuals or organizations
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing online communities
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary social media landscapes and effective methodologies
- Practical expertise with content creation software and artificial intelligence platforms
- Exceptional mentorship abilities with a natural talent for connecting with Generation Z
- Verifiable success in establishing your personal digital presence
- Superior verbal and written communication capabilities

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
