Sort incoming mail and faxes. * Make sure all outgoing mail, fazes and special mail pieces including Fed Ex, certified mail, and other items are processed promptly. * Assist with maintenance and compliance of personnel files as directed. * Assist with maintenance and compliance of I-9 files as directed. Requirements: * Excellent phone skills. * Ability to handle a multi-line telephone system including transfers to voice mail. * Ability to take messages accurately and direct calls to the appropriate department. * Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. * Ability to distribute a multitude of incoming faxes. * Ability to sort and distribute incoming mail. * Ability to send packages and mail via Fed Ex, US Postal Service, Airborne, Certified Mail, etc. * Ability to use internet and email systems as needed. * Working knowledge of computers, ten key and other office machines. * Proficiency in word processing, spread sheets and other related computer programs.
