We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Shop Helper to join our team. This position involves working across multiple areas of the shop, supporting the manufacturing and shipping of high-quality exterior wall finish systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, value craftsmanship, and are comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply a variety of finishes to epoxy-coated surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
Assist with the preparation of molds and materials for cement mixing and casting processes.
Break out finished panels from molds safely and efficiently.
Package finished panels into skids, ensuring products are securely crated for shipment.
Build and assemble skids and crates for panel transportation.
Operate a forklift to move products as needed for loading and unloading trucks.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
Rotate between departments based on production needs and workflow priorities.
Requirements:
Willingness and ability to work in multiple roles across the production and shipping areas.
Comfortable with physical tasks and changing responsibilities throughout the day.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to the 1/16".
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
