Job Description



As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx, you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and customer-centric problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and design technical solutions that drive business impact. 

You will also play a key role in improving Authenticx’s overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for continued evolution and enhancement of the platform. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points and align Authenticx’s platform capabilities with their needs. 

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations showcasing Authenticx’s value proposition, ROI, and integration capabilities. 

  • Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to develop customer-centric solutions that address industry-specific challenges. 

  • Scope and define technical integrations, ensuring seamless implementation of Authenticx within customer environments. 

  • Support onboarding and post-sales success, ensuring customers maximize the value of Authenticx’s platform. 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in healthcare software, APIs, integration platforms, and competitive intelligence. 

  • Contribute to the product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product Innovation team. 

Qualifications



What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role in a B2B SaaS environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced technical degrees are a plus). 

  • Strong technical acumen with experience in software integrations, APIs, and complex ecosystems. 

  • Ability to configure software and build connected demos using JSON, XML, and public APIs. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions. 

  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus, with knowledge of industry-specific integrations and regulatory requirements.

Additional Information

  • For local candidates, this may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with some on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1x per week or as needed.
  • For non-local candidates, this will be a virtual/remote position with the potential for occasional travel to our Indianapolis office approximately 1-2x per year depending on location and the needs of the business. 
  • Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA  without  requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
