About The Job

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Manager to join our dynamic Client Services team in Irving, TX. This critical role will focus on building team capabilities through best-in-class learning solutions. By establishing and developing solid working relationships with the various departments, this diverse role would continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of all training provided to ensure it continues to elevate the client experience and develops of our teams. In addition to the ownership for new-hire orientation and on-boarding processes to ensure all new associates are fully supported and integrated into the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Create diverse instructional materials (graphics, agendas, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop engaging training content (videos, e-learning, workshops, etc.) for core competencies such as customer experience, selling behaviors, product knowledge, professional & leadership skills, and compliance.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training programs.
  • Provide coaching and "Train the Trainer" sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audience needs and learning outcomes.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design systems to develop effective programs.
  • Measure and provide feedback on training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure timely updates to training content.
  • Manage the Learning & Communication platform, including content development, translation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Champion a culture of service, learning, performance, and empowerment.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and skilled Learning & Development professional with at least three years of experience designing and delivering training programs, ideally within a sales, marketing, or customer service environment. Candidates should possess strong communication, instructional design (using the ADDIE model), and project management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms. They should be a self-directed, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude, and comfortable working in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Fluency in English is required, with French or Spanish being an asset. Maintaining a suitable home internet connection for remote work when needed is also necessary. This position does require working on-site at our Irving, Legacy 1854 Campus, and is not a hybrid role.
